The delivery time for purchased knives depends on the type, quantity, and intended use. For example, a knife for a slicing machine will be shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days or from our partner's warehouse in the Netherlands within 7 business days. Custom orders for the production and delivery of knives according to specific specifications or drawings are completed within 4-8 weeks.

As with new knives, this depends on the quantity and type of knives. We typically complete sharpening within 2-4 business days.

We supply industrial knives in standard designs for popular machines or custom-made to meet individual requirements, in any shape and size. We can manufacture knives from all tool steels, including NC6, NC10, NZ3, and NC11LV, as well as stainless steels such as AISI 420. We also supply knives made of sintered carbide (WIDIA). We collaborate with experienced hardeners, ensuring the delivery of knives with the appropriate hardness. Knife machining is performed on advanced CNC machines, ensuring repeatability and precision.

For orders of standard knives for machines such as cutters, three-knife trimmers, and plotters, we supply starting from one piece. For custom orders, we usually require specific quantities to ensure cost-effective knife production.

Returns are only possible for certain types of knives, and only if they show no signs of use. In cases where GRAFS is responsible for improperly manufactured knives, only a complaint will be accepted.
