We make every effort to process orders promptly. Our standard turnaround time is 2-3 business days.
IMPORTANT: Customers who pay for shipping when placing a sharpening order pay the return shipping costs (i.e., shipping the sharpened knife(s) back to the customer). However, the customer is responsible for shipping the knives to our service center at their own expense.

How to place an order:
1. Select the knife material:
We handle various knife materials, including HSS (high-speed steel) and WIDIA (cemented carbide). Select the material your knives are made of. If you don't know the material, contact us by phone or via the form below the cart, "ask about this product" tab.
2. Select the number of bevels:
Trimmer knives are very often sharpened with two bevels; in this step, please select the number of bevels to be ground on the knife.
3. Select the number of knives to sharpen:
Depending on your needs, select the number of knives you want sharpened. If you need a complete set, we recommend selecting 3 knives (it doesn't matter whether the knife is a side or front knife; yes, we know they differ in length, but the price is the same :)). If you want to order 2 sets, select 6 knives.
