We sharpen knives for machines: HERBOLD, VESPA, ENMA, MEWA, ELDAN, ZERMA, VEIMA, HOSOKAWA, KOLTEX and others!

Our grinding shop offers grinding and sharpening services for knives used in recycling, particularly mill knives. Prices are based on 1 centimeter of straight-edge tool steel blade, showing normal wear and tear, and without damage. If complete removal of the missing pieces is necessary, the grinding cost is determined individually depending on the scope of work.

How to place an order?

1. Select knife length: Price is for 1 centimeter of the current knife. Select the knife length by entering its length in centimeters in the "Quantity" field.

2. Select Number of Faces: Mill knives have a specific number of faces that require machining. Select the number (max. 4) from the list.

3. Complete your order: Please complete your order by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Then proceed to checkout, confirm your payment, select your delivery options, and finally confirm your order.

1. IMPORTANT: Please include a note with your order number and address. This will allow us to quickly and efficiently process your order, allowing us to begin processing your tools. This will ensure you receive your sharpened knives quickly and without any risk of errors.

2. Sharpened knives are shipped to the return address the same day we complete the grinding and after payment confirmation. This process typically takes 2 to 3 business days. If a longer delivery time is required, the customer will be notified immediately.

What does the regeneration process look like in our grinding shop?

After unpacking, the tools are thoroughly cleaned if necessary. They are then inspected and assessed for scratches and damage.

We sharpen our knives on an automatic grinder equipped with an electromagnetic table. We can sharpen chipper knives in sets, ensuring that all knives have the same cutting edge height after grinding, which is crucial for maintaining the tool's high quality, proper sharpening, and long service life.

Once the process is complete, the knives are carefully packed and prepared for shipment.
