We make every effort to process orders promptly. Our standard turnaround time is 2-3 business days.
IMPORTANT: Customers who pay for shipping when placing a sharpening order pay the return shipping costs (i.e., shipping the sharpened knife(s) back to the customer). However, the customer is responsible for shipping the knives to our service center at their own expense.
After paying for your order, please carefully pack your knives and send them for sharpening to the following address:

Professional sharpening of chipper shredding knives
We sharpen chipper knives: ALBACH, BRUKS, JENZ, TEKNAMOTOR, STILER, HONDA and others!
In our grinding shop we offer grinding and sharpening of shredding knives, in particular chipper knives. Prices apply to a single knife made of tool steel, with normal wear and no major damage. If nicks need to be ground out completely, the grinding cost is set individually depending on the scope of work.
How to place an order?
1. Select the number of bevels on the blade:
Chipper knives can have one or two bevels on the blade. For two bevels, select "2 bevels" from the list. Then select the knife length.
2. Select the length:
Enter the knife length in this field. The price applies to each knife length range (if the knife is e.g. 750 mm long, select the length "L = 701 to 1000 mm".
3. Complete your order:
Please complete your order by specifying the number of tools, then click the "Add to cart" button. Then go to checkout, where you confirm payment and choose delivery options, and finally confirm the order.
4. Ship your blunt knives for sharpening to the following address:

IMPORTANT: Please include a note with the order number and address. This allows us to quickly and effectively match your order and start processing the tools. This way you will receive your sharpened knives quickly and without any risk of mistakes.
5. Processing and return shipping:
Sharpened knives are shipped to the return address on the same day we finish grinding, once payment has been confirmed. This process usually takes 2 to 3 working days. If it takes longer, the customer will be informed immediately.
What does the regrinding process look like in our grinding shop?
After unpacking, the tools are thoroughly cleaned if necessary. Any nicks and damage are then checked and assessed.
We sharpen knives on an automatic grinder equipped with an electromagnetic table. We can sharpen chipper knives in sets, so all knives have equal blade heights after grinding, which is crucial for tool quality, correct operation and long service life.
Once the process is complete, the knives are carefully packed and prepared for shipping.
